** Senior Production Supervisor– 1st Shift

You’ll supervise and develop operators and team leaders, setting clear goals and inspiring results. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll help optimize end-to-end processes and shape the site’s strategic direction through master planning.

** Your key responsibilities
*** Lead the implementation and execution of the SHE & Quality policy, standards, and culture to ensure the highest level of performance.
* Ensure daily, weekly & monthly routines in place to drive safety, quality, operations, performance, and service improvement.
* Be accountable and supervise operators by setting clear target and motivating them to achieve goals and targets.
* Supervise and develop team leader and operators.
* Identify and drive the changes to improve production efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. Improve End to End processes to maximize plant efficiency, and better serve our customers.
* Participate to the definition of the site master plan to align site capabilities with strategic objectives.

** You bring
*** Associate or bachelor’s degree in science or engineering discipline or equivalent training and experience required.
* field preferred.
* At least 5-years’ experience in a food-manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, chemical or related manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated Leadership, good communication skills as well as a continuous improvement mindset.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and SAP.
* Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with various departments. Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations & act courteous/respectful of others.

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $100,000 to $120, addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
