As a Packer
, you’ll ensure precise weighing, filling, and labeling of liquid chemicals while maintaining inventory and quality control through Manufacturing Execution System and SAP systems. You’ll uphold strict safety protocols, use equipment properly, and collaborate with your team to maintain a clean, organized workspace—all while adhering to quality standards and Personal Protection Equipment requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh and fill liquid chemical materials into containers according to instructions and recipes.
- Follow packing procedures including scanning to validate materials, precision weighing using weight assisted computer, testing scales, and using correct scales.
- Utilize computer systems Weight Assisted Computer, Manufacturing Execution System, and SAP.
- Use SAP to inventory containers, input total actual amount packed, confirm actual pack-out and scrap loss, and confirm delivery quantity matches confirmed quantity.
- Strictly adhere to labeling protocol, including printing/reprinting labels, selecting label sizes according to container types, proper placement of labels on containers, and proper disposal of extra or ruined labels.
- Close containers, properly crimping containers, and apply tamper evidence seals.

- High School diploma or equivalent, or prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 1‑year chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
- Must be able to tolerate strong odors and allergens.
- Ability to be on your feet for 8‑hour shift.
- Frequently lift a 35 lb. product hose.
- Frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.
Salary $23.00 per hour. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs, and a broad range of other benefits.
