• Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full‑time nurse manager to work the day shift within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH). The nurse manager will be overseeing Wing 6 (Voluntary Psych/Dual diagnosis for psych) with 28 beds.

Our skilled staff includes board‑certified psychiatrists, physicians, specialized nurses, and master’s level social workers, therapists, and addiction counselors. Our team of experts makes sure you receive care that addresses your medical, psychological, and emotional needs.

• Location:
  
  Princeton House Behavioral Health (905 Herrontown Road Princeton NJ).

• Reports to the AVP Behavioral Health Nursing and closely collaborates with PHBH Nurse Leaders (NMs, supervisors).
• Manages nursing staff (RNs and ancillary personnel) on a 28‑bed inpatient psychiatric unit with fiscal accountability.
• Assures 24‑hour quality care for patients on their unit; assures compliance with policies, procedures, regulation; maintains a therapeutic treatment environment.
• Assumes supervisory coverage during the day, one week each month, for the facility.
• Responsible for interviewing and hiring staff for the unit and completes introductory and annual staff performance appraisals.

• 5 days a week, day shift (7am‑3pm)
• Every other weekend requirement

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree or pursuing Master’s degree required, healthcare related field preferred.

• Psychiatric experience required.
• Management experience required.

• Psychiatric/Addiction certification preferred.
• Active RN NJ license required.

Salary Range:

$ - $/Annually based on 40 hours per week
