Grace Community Care & Homes seeks a Director of Nursing / RN Supervisor for a limited, per-diem home-care oversight assignment. This is not a full-time position. Responsibilities include nursing oversight, assessments, care planning, staff supervision, and quality improvement within the agreed scope.
On-site visits and clinical supervision are required. Compensation is $2,500 per month. Hours, visits and availability will be defined in writing before engagement.
