This is a full‑time, hybrid role based out of the Princeton, NJ office. While agents have the flexibility to work remotely, we strongly encourage regular in‑office participation for coaching, strategy sessions, collaboration, and professional enrichment.

• Client prospecting
• Market research
• Property showings
• Negotiations
• Managing transactions from contract to close
• Receiving coaching, accountability, and tools designed to help strengthen production and build a consistent, scalable business

• Experience in residential real estate is a plus, but motivated new agents are welcome
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated, coachable, and committed to personal and professional growth
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong customer service mindset with a desire to provide an exceptional client experience
• Familiarity with local markets and real‑estate practices (or willingness to learn quickly)
