Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and lead experiments implementing cutting‑edge research methods in chemosensory perception and cognitive neuroscience.
- Manage cross‑functional innovation projects within the global innovation process.
- Identify opportunities for translational research within chemosensory receptor biology and microbiome.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to integrate findings into product development.
- Analyze behavioral, psychophysical, and psycho-physiological data and present results to broad audiences.
- Publish internal reports and peer‑reviewed papers.
- Support intellectual property protection and patent applications.
- Interdisciplinary research team in an industry‑leading setting.
- Innovative projects in foods and fragranced products.

- Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of post‑graduate research experience in chemo perception and cognition; industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in behavioral, psycho-physiological methods and advanced statistical analysis.
- Programming skills in R, Python, or Matlab.
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- English language proficiency.

Salary range: $128,000–$183,000. Eligible for bonuses and benefits.
