Full-time or part-time role with a salary range of $16.38 - $18.38 per hour.

• The Shift Leader oversees all restaurant activities during their shift, ensuring smooth store operations, exceptional guest service, and adherence to company standards.
• Interact with guests, supervise staff, handle cash management, and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Work hands-on as needed and partner with the Management Team to execute the business plan.
• Provide training to others and resolve issues promptly while enforcing policies and procedures.
• Plan and execute shift operations efficiently; manage labor and cost controls; ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Lead with empathy, fairness, and a focus on teamwork; identify and develop talent for future roles.
• Support the success of the business hands-on as needed (e.g., preparing food, serving guests, cleaning, or other duties).
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• English communication is required;
  Spanish comprehension is helpful. Fundamental reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills.
• Strong leadership, ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and involve the right stakeholders when needed.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to serve others; respectful and caring demeanor.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and/or English.
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, and open to feedback; accountable for mistakes and corrective actions.
• Prompt and reliable attendance; must have reliable transportation to work and company events.
• Available to work a variety of days/times including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, frequent bending, reaching, and exposure to varying temperatures; safe handling of hazards.
