OverviewAt Graduate Princeton, our restaurant team delivers a warm, welcoming, and memorable dining experience reflective of the spirited energy of our campus-inspired hotel. The Busser plays an essential role in creating that experience by supporting the front-of-house team, ensuring tables are clean, well‑prepared, and ready to welcome each guest with the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities- Clear and clean tables efficiently between guest seatings.
- Reset tables with proper place settings, utensils, and glassware.
- Refill water, assist servers with beverage or food delivery as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and floors.
- Assist with stocking supplies, including napkins, glassware, and condiments.
- Support servers and other team members to ensure prompt, courteous service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines as outlined by the property and health regulations.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or items for extended periods.
