The Princeton University Store has been serving the University and local communities since 1905. The company is a member-owned co‑op that operates two large retail stores, athletic concession operations, and an e‑commerce department.
We are looking for a self‑starter to assist in our E‑commerce Department.
Responsibilities- Pack orders received from our website and phone
- Place special orders and create purchase orders
- Facilitate returns
- Provide exceptional customer service through chat and phone
- Open and close the e‑commerce department
- Assist the store with additional tasks during slow e‑commerce periods
