Store Manager – Trenton-Princeton, NJ

Deliver a customer‑centric shopping experience by managing front‑end operations and omnichannel processes. Meet brand promises and achieve store KPIs.

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs; hold store conditions accountable.
• Ensure front‑end policies are followed; achieve KPIs and manage team for role KPIs.
• Plan and lead execution of class and in‑store events per company programs.
• Lead omnichannel processes.
• Manage and execute shrink and safety programs; oversee cash reconciliation and bank deposits.
• Handle inventory processes including RTV and ASN activities.
• Onboard new Team Members; train, observe, and coach the customer experience team.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support performance management.
• Maintain truck unloading and stocking standards; cross‑train in Custom Framing selling and production.
• In stores without a Framing Manager, lead delivery of custom framing solutions.

Other duties as assigned.

Retail management experience preferred.

• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching; lift heavy boxes and access high shelves.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
