• Meet membership sales goals.
• Consistently achieve all performance‑based goals set by spa leadership and the company (e.g., Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales).
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on specific services and enhancements.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by answering calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing membership sales.
• Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

The role has a varied schedule including weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday shifts. Flexible availability is preferred.

Competitive base hourly rate ($16.00 – $18.00 per hour) plus uncapped commission on membership sales. Top performers typically earn an additional $2 – $4 per hour in commission.
