What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own P&L accountability for residential sales and oversee teams to meet strategic execution and customer satisfaction goals
- Lead and scale a multi-channel sales strategy, including telesales, indirect sales, direct sales, and e-commerce
- Design and implement high-impact sales incentive and compensation plans that drive performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to align on strategic objectives
- Use analytics to monitor KPIs and implement improvements that drive sustained revenue growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years in progressive sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years overseeing multi-location or multi-channel teams in telecommunications, broadband, or technology sectors
- Proven success managing inbound, direct, partner/indirect sales, retail, and e-commerce sales
- Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Must be willing and able to travel domestically
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Deep expertise in sales strategy, channel development, and operations
- Strong experience in developing incentives, commission plans, sales forecasts, and performance evaluations
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to inspire and coach teams effectively
- Strong organizational and goal-setting skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
