This role is full-time and will be based at our Gabrielle Run Property in Toms River, NJ, serving our southern New Jersey properties.

You will perform repairs, maintenance, and installations on the following equipment:

• Washers
• Dryers
• Dishwashers
• Refrigerators
• Microwaves
• Electric Ranges - Gas Ranges
• Air Conditioners

• Trade school degree and refrigeration certification
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience
