We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Handyman, known in our business as ACE Craftsmen, with skills in multiple trades.

The Lead ACE Handyman is the best Craftsman our company has to offer to our clients. He has certifications in Lead Safe, WEDI, Onyx, etc. and other products. He has been consistent over time in craftsmanship and in executing effectively across multiple trades. He has demonstrated ability as a competent craftsman and construction leader. He is able to Diagnose, Assess, and Directs other craftsmen over the phone without being on the jobsite.

Our Lead Craftsman is a COACH:

• Coach - DAD - Diagnose, Assess, and Direct other craftsmen over the phone.
• Oversight - Overseeing the execution of the ACE Handyman system in the field.
• Certified in the application of products such as WEDI, Onyx, and Hale Pet Doors etc. & is certified in LEAD Safe protocols.
• Hero - He responds well to difficult situations.

Job Duties
Meets the criteria of an AHS lead man plus other key attributes as described above.

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
• Carpentry
• Light Plumbing
• Basic Electrical
• Drywall Repair
• Painting
• Tile work
• Basic Roof Repair
• Fence Repairs
• Power Washing
• Gutter Cleaning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Master Craftsman experience
• Own truck or van and tools
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades
