We are currently looking to fill a Direct Hire Commercial Maintenance Technician opportunity for a Class A retail and office commercial client in Princeton, NJ . If you’re a service oriented Maintenance Technician who is well versed in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, apply today!

Essential Job Functions for Maintenance *****

• Troubleshoots all property systems, and perform repairs
• Completes all repairs and work orders as necessary in an office and retail setting
• Proficiency in electrical and plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
• Completes and logs all assigned work orders in a timely fashion
• Drives to individual residential homes to rectify all maintenance issues
• Provides excellent service to residents

Knowledge

Skills and Abilities

for Maintenance *****

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC certification preferred
• Minimum 4 years’ experience
• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and climb ladders
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required
