Job description:

• Lead UI development working with libraries and technologies like ExtJS, jQuery, Grunt
  
  JS, SASS, and Highcharts
• Work with business leads and stakeholders to lead the design, wire framing and prototyping of new experiences. Axure RP/Framer
  
  JS experience a plus
• Will own design from the conceptual phase to implementation, QA testing, and delivery to UAT
• Complete job tasks independently and lead a small team of developers
• Share expertise with others and coordinates activities of others on the team
• Interpret internal and/or external business issues and best practice in own discipline; applies to own role
• Promotes teamwork and works to establish consensus among team members
• Demonstrates creativity, the ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions

Qualification:

• 3 to 5+ years’ experience in user interface development
• Must possess strong user experience background and a full understanding of UI design, page hierarchy
• Perform hands-on development and coding of application components, UI controls, and views using ExtJS, jQuery, and Highcharts
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS for layouts and the browser rendering pipeline
• Ability to apply design patterns and extend existing UI frameworks
• Understanding of MVC and its mapping to UI components
• Hands-on object oriented programming in Java Script
• Proficient with JSON, Xml and RESTful web services
• Working knowledge of ExtJS, React, or AngularJS
• Proficient with the DOM and asynchronous event-programming model
• Mentor and consult internal development team in ExtJS technology
• Knowledge of SVN or GIT version control
• Working knowledge of relational database especially with Sql Server 2005
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, rapidly growing environment
• Experience in finance is a plus
