• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
• Possesses a valid Class 5/7N driver’s license and has access to personal transportation
• Required to meet pre‑employment testing requirements

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Possess a solid understanding of maximizing production while minimizing contamination
• Able to learn from others and adopt best practices while maintaining a strong focus on safety, integrity, and reliability
• Ability to learn, be trained, and follow instructions and standard operating procedures

• Work environment can include exposure to noise, vibrations, and dust, and will require working alone with minimum supervision
• Exposure to working outdoors in all weather conditions, operating a light vehicle at our operations, in various weather conditions and terrain, including winter driving
• Regular exposure to lifting and moving items and equipment up to 50 pounds

Compensation will be aligned with market rates and determined based on experience, qualifications, and role.
