Recent Grads - CDL A Company Truck Driver - Regional

This paid mentor program prepares qualified CDL-school graduates to operate safely and confidently as solo drivers. Participants train one-on-one with an experienced driver while earning $850 per week. After successfully completing the program, drivers receive an assigned truck and transition into a full-time position on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Average solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800 or more per week Eastern Regional routes

No-touch dry van freight

Primary responsibilities include:

Operating a Class A tractor-trailer safely

Completing regional pickups and deliveries throughout the Eastern United States Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintaining accurate electronic logs Following DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements

Communicating professionally with dispatch and customers

Minimum qualifications:

Valid Class A CDLRecent completion of an accredited CDL program

At least 120 hours of CDL-school instruction

Safe driving record

Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
