Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all phases of warehouse operation including inventory, receiving and/or shipping responsibilities.

• Maintain all inventory levels
• Ensure all receiving is processed daily
• Establish material numbers as needed
• Process returns and communicate receiving issues with vendors
• Establish and ensure daily cycle counts are completed
• Communicate with plant personal concerning shipments received
• Ensure all incoming orders are stocked or staged in appropriate locations
• Maintain warehouse bin locations
• Complete all goods issues daily
• Maintain good housekeeping
• Perform warehouse functions safely
• Ensure all outgoing shipments are completed timely
• Create requisitions where needed for warehouse inventory
• Run daily receiving reports for auditing purposes
• Conduct periodic audits of warehouse functions
• Ensure all pick tickets submitted are pulled and staged for maintenance pickup
• Oversee loading and unloading of all warehouse deliveries
• Manage Annual evaluations of non-moving inventory
• Ensure disciplinary, attendance, and performance issues related to direct reports are addressed in a timely and proper manner
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have at least 3 years prior warehouse experience
• Must have 3 years supervisory experience with 1 or more direct reports
• Proficient in SAP

• Knowledge of petrochemical refining materials
• Experience with common nomenclature of material masters
• Experience in hazardous material ship
