Job Description:- Answer Phones, provide customer service and maintain a log of all calls.
- Enter Estimates in Xactimate Software
- Job File Documentation/Communication/Completion to upload with SERVPRO Corporate.
- Bill Customers/Insurance for Services
- Manage Accounts Receivable Aging Report
- Oversee daily office operations.
- Maintain company policies and proceedures
- Maintain employee files
- Prior office experience a plus
- Great organizational skills
- Knowledge of typical office computer software
- Strong and Flexible work ethic
- A can-do Attitude!
