• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Lead and coordinate the work of other project team members as needed, client follow-up and retention.
• Manage, modify and maintain schedules.
• Working through issues and changes as they happen.
• As a subcontractor and fabricator.

• Minimum of 3 years of structural steel fabrication and construction experience.
• Knowledge of all phases of the building construction process including pre-construction through closeout.
• Excellent time management skills. Extensive experience in cost controls.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in Stairs, Rails, & Structural Steel.
• Experience in ornamental metals and other features.
• Current Knowledge of TEKLA software;
  AutoCAD/AutoCAD LT versions ;
  Advanced Steel S/W and Revit and AEC Collection - S/W not required but a plus.
• Ability to complete materials take-off from shop drawings for submittal to vendors for quotation.
• Understanding of anchoring hardware, adhesives, and types of anchors, screws and hardware.
• Use of Microsoft Office programs and Estimating software (Planswift) a plus.
• Using cost tracking and analysis programs like Computer Ease for budgets and purchasing. TEKLA software a plus.
• Review new jobs and plan kick off meetings and scheduling with General Contractors / Customers.
• Attend meetings with customers as needs arise and coordinate as needed.
• Provide minimum of 3 contactable references, 1 for recent employment, if applicable.
• Must pass a drug test. We provide a drug-free work environment.
