This is a full‑time, on‑site Customer Service Representative role. The
* Customer Service Representative
* will assist customers with inquiries, provide product and service information, process transactions, resolve issues, and maintain positive customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include handling phone and email communications, coordinating with team members across departments, and supporting operational excellence at the dealership.
Key duties include:
- Assisting customers with product and service inquiries.
- Processing transactions accurately.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints.
- Managing phone and email communications.
- Coordinating with sales, finance, service, and parts teams.
- Supporting dealership operational goals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Customer service, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution experience.
- Basic computer and data entry skills, comfortable with standard office applications.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer inquiries.
- Reliable, self‑motivated, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge or enthusiasm for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant training is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed.
