Pediatric Hospitalists 7 On, 7 Off - 12-Hour Shifts & Visa Sponsorship! Position Highlights:
Minimum Salary $220,000 Guaranteed - Flexibility 7 On, 7 Off Schedule! 24-hour schedule(typically Only 8-10 hours onsite!) Only 182 shifts per Year Relocation Bonuses as well as Annual Percentage Bonus of 8% Only 182.5 shifts per year $20,000 - $30,000 Sign-On Bonus Retention bonus - $10k paid yearly. Quality incentive of up to 8% base pay, paid bi-yearly Only 8-10 Hours of Onsite Work Required HHS J1 Waiver (2025) and H1-B Visa Sponsorship Available!
