Role Overview

REM Community Services
, part of the Sevita family, offers community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Caregiver Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will build meaningful relationships and support participants in achieving daily living skills and community engagement.

• Provide personal care, including hygiene and assistance with daily activities.
• Support participants in meeting developmental goals such as budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist with community activities, ensuring participants enjoy their favorite activities.
• Maintain safety and behavioral support for individuals with autism and related conditions.
• Work independently and collaborate with supervisors to make participant-centered decisions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months direct care or human services experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a registered vehicle and proof of insurance (required for some positions).
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible, and dependable.

• $14.75 hourly; on-demand pay plus weekly or daily options.

Full‑time midnight shift with opportunities for day shifts. Requires a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for some postings. Positions available in group homes and nursing facilities.
