• General Training & Comprehension – Perform assignments of housekeeper, heavy housekeeper/floor tech, and laundry worker positions and operate and teach others on cleaning equipment.
• Leadership Development – Assist in training, quality control, and in‑servicing staff per policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Policies & Procedures – Ensure quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met.
• Reporting – Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment in required report format.
• Training – Deliver responsibility of training, quality control, and in‑servicing staff, including daily assessments with QCIs.
• Leadership – Handle managerial responsibilities such as payroll submission, staffing patterns, coaching, discipline, purchasing, inventory, and budgeting.
• Communication – Effectively communicate directives from managers, occupants, and administrators.
• Safety – Use protective gear, properly mix cleaning solutions, report equipment needs, and follow infection control policies.
