LPN Havens at Princeton

The Havens at Princeton is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to oversee medication administration and supervise related tasks in a cutting‑edge Assisted Living community.

Full‑time opportunity: 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

• Demonstrate positive customer service relations and uphold the community’s quality care and service standards.
• Provide direct resident care and medication management when indicated.
• Assist in completing and maintaining individualized, accurate health assessments and updated care plans for each resident.
• Provide direction on resident care and service management processes.
• Support community compliance with medication management procedures per state and company guidelines.
• Assist in recruiting and selecting Resident Services employees appropriate to community needs and budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of all resident health information in the Electronic Health Record.
• Assist the Department in the absence of the Director of Clinical Services.
• Other duties assigned by the Director of Clinical Services.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with OSHA, fire safety guidelines, and regulations.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Infection Control policy and procedures.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license or equivalent certification.
• Desired:
  One year of experience in an assisted living environment.
• Basic knowledge of and ability to apply geriatric nursing principles.
• Knowledge of state-specific rules and regulations.
• Ability to handle conflict, problems, and emergency situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective in an interdisciplinary setting.
• High energy level and ability to manage multiple priorities.
