Job Overview

WIS International is hiring Retail Associates. Starting wage $15.00 - $17.00 per hour. Flexible part‑time hours with opportunities for wage increases, benefits, and career growth.

• Count and record inventory accurately.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing.

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience desired in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work.
• No inventory experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts; comfortable learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail; reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

The role requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive motions with both hands and wrists, squatting, kneeling, crouching, using ladders, lifting up to 25 lbs., and occasional travel by car or plane including overnight stays.
