You Will Be Doing
- As a part-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will help create the ultimate in-store experience using your talents, passion for tech, and customer service skills.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues.
- Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests in an authentic, friendly way.
- Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional service to meet customer needs.

Victra sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly rate with uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment are provided. Paid time off accrues per policy; sick leave follows applicable state law where required.
What We're Looking For- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods
- At least 18 years of age
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- All Sales Consultants must attend a four-day New Hire University training within two weeks of start date; some travel may be required; ongoing online training will occur during employment
You will be required to take a pre-hire assessment (about 20 minutes). If selected to move forward, a recruiter or hiring manager will provide next steps and answer questions.
