Victra sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly rate with uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment are provided. Paid time off accrues per policy; sick leave follows applicable state law where required.

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods
• All Sales Consultants must attend a four-day New Hire University training within two weeks of start date; some travel may be required; ongoing online training will occur during employment

You will be required to take a pre-hire assessment (about 20 minutes). If selected to move forward, a recruiter or hiring manager will provide next steps and answer questions.
