Key Responsibilities

• Repairs:
  Fix plumbing leaks, electrical issues (e.g., outlets, switches), drywall damage, and broken fixtures.
• Maintenance:
  Perform routine upkeep, such as painting, caulking, weatherproofing, HVAC filter replacements.
• Installations:
  Install appliances, shelving, lighting fixtures, doors, windows, flooring.
• Carpentry:
  Build or repair furniture, decks, fences, framing.
• Plumbing:
  Address clogged drains, replace faucets, repair or install pipes.
• Electrical:
  Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues (within licensing limits).
• Inspection:
  Assess properties for maintenance needs and recommend solutions.
• Customer Service:
  Communicate with tenants, provide cost estimates, ensure satisfaction.
• Safety:
  Adhere to safety protocols, maintain tools, ensure clean work environment.

• Experience:
  
  2+ years in general maintenance, construction, or related trades.
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, drywall repair; use hand and power tools effectively.
• Certifications:
  
  Trade licenses preferred but not always required.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work various conditions.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong communication, time management, problem solving.
• Other:
  Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, own tools.

On-site at tenant homes, offices, or commercial properties. May involve irregular hours, including evenings or weekends.
