• Storm Water Retrofits
• Hydra-Hammering Services
• Trenching and Backfill
• Snow Plowing and Removal

• Interpret and understand project documents, including scope of work, terminology, and specifications.
• Review and analyze project drawings and specifications to develop accurate estimates.
• Estimate material, labor, productivity, and equipment requirements for projects.
• Develop preliminary construction schedules.
• Foster and maintain strong communication and relationships with clients.
• Coordinate new project planning across internal departments.

• Experience in commercial and residential excavation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with HCSS Heavy Bid software is a plus.
• Willingness to be trained in HCSS Heavy Job software.
• Strong team player, flexible, and willing to take on multiple duties as needed.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and meet company requirements.
• Ability to work long hours and in varying conditions.
