Dealership Lot Technician – Full Time (Bend, Madras & Central Oregon Region)
Pro-Motion Pix is hiring a full‑time Dealership Lot Technician to support vehicle inventory photography and management. While this role is often referred to as an Automotive Photographer, it involves more than just taking photos. You’ll help dealerships maintain clean, consistent, and visually appealing listings by capturing high‑quality photos, 360° interior spins, and walk‑around videos using a company‑issued iPhone and app.
ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or until assignments are complete)
Route CoverageBend, Madras, Redmond, Prineville, Sisters, La Pine, Sunriver, Terrebonne & surrounding areas
Pay$25.00++ per hour (hourly pay includes a combination of base pay and per‑vehicle photo payout)

The Role
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and producing crisp, professional work.
No prior experience is required — we provide paid training to ensure you feel confident and prepared.
- Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle
- Capture interior and exterior photos, 360° spins, videos, and window labels via our mobile app
- Locate vehicle keys, move vehicles, and stage them for photography
- Apply inventory labels and window stickers as needed
- Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicles that are unavailable or not ready
- Work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete all assignments on schedule
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working outdoors in any season
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Self‑driven, organized, and dependable when working independently
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems/software
- Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to complete pre‑employment drug screen and background check
