We’re hiring a Fuel/Lube Truck Driver to support our field operations by keeping our fleet running strong. You’ll dispatch daily from our headquarters in Prineville, Oregon and travel to job sites across Central Oregon to fuel, grease, and service heavy construction equipment. This role is ideal for someone who’s safety-minded, dependable, and comfortable working around active construction sites and heavy machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatch daily from our Prineville headquarters to multiple jobsites throughout Central Oregon
- Fuel heavy equipment and support vehicles using a fuel/lube service truck
- Grease equipment and perform routine servicing (fluids, basic checks, minor field service tasks as assigned)
- Maintain accurate service and fuel logs (equipment hours, quantities, locations, and notes)
- Conduct pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections and maintain truck cleanliness and readiness
- Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety procedures at all times
- Coordinate with supervisors/foreman to prioritize equipment needs and minimize downtime
- Safely work around active equipment and changing site conditions in all weather
- Maintain and regularly wash truck
- Class A CDL (required)
- Hazmat endorsement (required)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening
- Comfortable working outdoors year‑round and around heavy equipment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Basic mechanical aptitude (filters, fluids, minor troubleshooting)
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Able to climb ladders to access fluids on heavy equipment
- Prior experience fueling/servicing construction or heavy equipment
- Experience operating around jobsites (understanding of site traffic patterns, hazards, radio comms, etc.)
- Daily local/regional travel to Central Oregon job sites (dispatch from Prineville each day)
- A hands‑on role critical to keeping crews productive and equipment operational
- Immediate opening for the right candidate
