Your Role:As an Automotive Diagnostic Technician, you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality of service and care for their vehicles. Your expertise will help build trust and transparency, making every visit a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Enhance your technician experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Utilize top-notch resources provided by Christian Brothers Automotive.
- Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and identify the root causes of customer concerns.
- Communicate repair options clearly and transparently with our Service team.
- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the shop.
- Work together to exceed customer expectations and deliver extraordinary results.
- Conduct thorough, accurate, and visually transparent digital vehicle inspections.
- Embrace our philosophy of treating every guest with the utmost respect: “Love Your Neighbor As Yourself.”
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- A strong desire to solve problems and develop your career long-term.
- Open to both full-time and part-time work availability.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- Proficiency in Windows-based computers.
- A valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient in navigating a computer.
