Job Title: Hospice Social Worker – Support with Heart, Lead with Purpose

Compensation: Full-Time: $65,000 – $85,000/year (DOE);
Part-Time: $32 – $42/hour + mileage reimbursement

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time (32 to 40 hours/week)

• Supporting patients and families with emotional, psychosocial, and grief-related needs
• Working with nurses, physicians, and spiritual care to coordinate personalized care
• Addressing crisis situations with confidence and compassion
• Providing education on hospice services, advance directives, and available support
• Ensuring compliance with documentation and standards of care

• Licensed Social Worker (BSW or MSW)
• Experienced in hospice or palliative care settings
• Deeply empathetic and emotionally grounded
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• A strong communicator and calm presence under pressure
