Fairview Health Services in Lakeville, MN, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care team in a 0.9
FTE, 72-hour biweekly schedule. Clinic hours are Monday–Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No weekends.
The RN will plan, organize, coordinate and provide professional nursing care in ambulatory settings, educate patients, maintain accurate documentation, and support patient- and family-centered care as part of the care team.
