Job Overview

We are a growing water restoration company seeking a motivated and reliable water damage restoration technician to assist with water damage restoration projects. As a water damage restoration tech, you will be a key part of our team, helping with the cleanup, drying, and restoration of properties affected by water damage. • Water Extraction
  :
  Removing standing water from properties using pumps, wet vacuums, and other equipment.
• Drying & Dehumidification
  :
  Setup and operate drying and dehumidification equipment to prevent further water damage.
• Clean-Up & Debris Removal
  :
  Remove damaged materials (such as carpets, drywall, insulation, and furniture) and clear debris from affected areas.
• Equipment Handling
  :
  Set up and operate water restoration tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
• Mold Remediation
  :
  Perform necessary cleanup and remediation to prevent further spread.
• Customer Service
  :
  Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with homeowners or business owners.

• Physical Stamina
  :
  Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Ability to Work in Various Environments
  :
  Comfortable working in potentially hazardous environments (e.g., flooded areas, areas with mold, etc.) while following safety procedures.
• Reliable and Dependable
  :
  Punctual, responsible, and dedicated to completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Safety-Conscious
  :
  Knowledge of safety protocols and the importance of using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Previous Experience (Preferred):
  Experience in general labor, construction, or similar fields is helpful but not required.

Knowledge and experience with Xactimate; estimate writing will be strongly considered.

• Physical Demands
  :
  The role requires lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials, as well as working in potentially uncomfortable and hazardous conditions (e.g., wet or mold-affected areas).
• Travel
  :
  Local travel to job sites is required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Pay - $23-28/Hr Depending on Experience

• High School or Equivalent education
• IICRC- WRT, ANSI, AMRT or related, etc
• Must have a good driving record, valid license.
