Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, residential, and industrial settings

- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications

- Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety standards

- Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and project managers

- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions

- Document work performed and complete necessary reports and paperwork

- Practice appropriate safety protocols and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current MN Journeyman license

- Proven experience in commercial, residential, and industrial electrical projects

- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and best practices

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality standards

Pay: $45 - $55 / hour


** Sign on bonus paid after 90-day probationary period and cannot be combined with referral program

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop and/or drive for long periods of time

Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs

Must be able to work in the elements depending on the project

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Electrical: 3-4 years minimum

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Preferred)

MN Journeyman Electrical License

Salary Description

$45 - $55 / hour
