Cal-Tex Electric is seeking experienced and licensed journeymen electricians to join our team! Key Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, residential, and industrial settings
* Read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications
* Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety standards
* Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and project managers
* Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions
* Document work performed and complete necessary reports and paperwork
* Practice appropriate safety protocols and procedures
Skills and
Qualifications:
* Valid and current MN Journeyman license
* Proven experience in commercial, residential, and industrial electrical projects
* Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and best practices
* Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality standards

Requirements
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop and/or drive for long periods of time
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs
Must be able to work in the elements depending on the project

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Electrical: 3-4 years minimum
License/Certification:
