Job Summary
Join our team as a key driver of growth and innovation in our Business Development function. We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented professional to identify new business opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and expand our client base. Key Responsibilities- Prospect and generate new leads through creative outreach and industry research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to engage potential clients and communicate our value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities for business growth.
- Negotiate and close deals that drive revenue while upholding our company s values and standards.
- Regularly report on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and strategic initiatives to leadership.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines remotely.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote, dynamic team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with business development in technology, SaaS, or emerging industries.
- Established network within target markets or sectors.
