Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking a licensed and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Adult Medicine primary care team located in Prospect, Connecticut.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established group of physicians and advanced practitioners in a rapidly growing outpatient adult medicine department. In this full-time outpatient role, you will practice within modern facilities in a collaborative team environment where all providers are connected through Epicour fully-integrated EMR system.

The successful candidate should be licensed to practice in Connecticut, have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience and be a team player with an interest in providing full-spectrum care for adult patients.
