Join to apply for the SUBSTITUTE NURSE role at REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT 16.
Applicants must possess a current RN license issued by the State of CT and a current certification in CPR/First Aid. Experience with juvenile diabetes is preferred.
Candidates should be organized, attentive to detail, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing first aid
- Record keeping
- Coordinating care for medical emergencies in the office
- Demonstrating observation, assessment, nursing judgment, and communication skills
