As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, you will:

• Prospect and build relationships with vendors, buyers, and investors
• Manage property listings, from appraisals to settlement
• Conduct open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-ups
• Develop tailored sales strategies to achieve the best results for clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to maximise exposure and impact

• Current NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Licence
• Proven sales track record or strong ambition to succeed in real estate
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Strong knowledge of the local area is a plus
• Professional presentation and commitment to delivering exceptional service
