Position Overview

The RINO Removal Project (RRP) is seeking a motivated RRP Sales Executive to join our team in driving revenue through corporate sponsor ships, merchandise sales, and donor contributions. This paid position will operate remotely under the guidance of the RRP Sales Manager, focusing on expanding financial support for our America 1st Academy and RRP initiatives. The Sales Executive will identify and engage potential sponsors and donors, leveraging RRP’s mission to promote transparency, conservative principles, and the removal of RINO influence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, pitch, and secure corporate sponsor ships (e.g., Patriot, Freedom, Liberty tiers) and individual donor contributions.
  • Promote and sell RRP merchandise (e.g., branded apparel, materials) via rinoremovalproject.org and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze sales opportunities, identifying key targets aligned with America 1st and MAGA values.
  • Create and distribute compelling sales content (e.g., proposals, social media posts) to engage grassroots and corporate audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align sales strategies with RRP’s legislative and educational goals.
  • Relay vetted sales leads and success stories to RRP personnel for strategic outreach and public awareness campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure sponsor ships and donations.
Qualifications
  • Strong interest in conservative politics, RRP’s mission, and grassroots advocacy.
  • Proven sales experience or a demonstrated ability to persuade and build relationships.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation (experience with sales tools or CRM software is a plus).
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently with a results‑driven mindset.
Time Commitment

Full‑time or part‑time (20 – 40 hours/week), flexible based on sales targets and performance, with daily availability for client outreach.

Location

Remote, with potential for virtual or in‑person meetings with sponsors/donors (if local).

Compensation
  • Commission‑only structure: 5% on new corporate sponsor ships.
  • 10% on merchandise sales.
  • 7% on individual donor contributions over $500.
  • 10% bonus on all sales if monthly targets (e.g., $10,000) are exceeded.
  • No cap on earnings to reward high performance.
