Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify potential customers within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Present and promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Conducted product demonstrations and delivered persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the customer and the company.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales support.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive in a software development outsourcing company.
  • Ability to make bidding documents and quotations.
  • Ability to compose software project contracts (MAS, SLA).
  • Good problem‑solving skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
  • Commercially minded, with strong analytical/numerical skills.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and other departments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English.
