As a Sales Representative at Champions Marketing Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to actively engage with potential customers, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our products and services can meet their requirements. You will be the face of our company, representing our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Through your persuasive communication and exceptional customer service, you will build strong relationships and foster customer loyalty, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives.
- Prospect and identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects and industries to tailor sales pitches effectively.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique value propositions and benefits.
- Actively listen to customers’ needs and concerns, providing appropriate solutions and addressing any questions they may have.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, ensuring timely communication and nurturing of relationships.
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing terms, striving to close deals in a timely and successful manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in sales training programs to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and generate leads.
- Provide feedback and insights from customers to the marketing and product development teams to inform product enhancements.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. - Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a customer-facing sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse audiences.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, capable of closing deals effectively.
- High level of motivation and self-discipline, with a proactive approach to sales activities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the sales process, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
- A positive and resilient attitude, capable of handling rejection and turning it into opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, collaborating to achieve shared objectives.
