Responsibilities- Build and nurture strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to educate customers about various insurance options, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Proactively generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to offer tailored products and services.
- Contribute to our vibrant team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing best practices for success.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- People-oriented and detail-oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bilingual Spanish preferred

Compensation$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
