Opportunity:Resident Services Coordinator - Prosper, TX
Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced customer service professional to work at our beautiful 188-unit community, Alders Prosper! This is a great career opportunity in an ideal location.
Essential Functions:- At least 6 months of excellent customer service experience and ability to pass a fair housing exam.
- Relevant experience in customer service and resident engagement.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Proficiency with property operations software, including Outlook, Internet, Excel, and Word.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Availability to work weekends and overtime as required.
Salary range: $21.00 - $23.00/hour. We offer a competitive package including a 401(k) match, rental incentives, renewal bonuses, and discounts based on location. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours weekly are eligible for medical, dental, vision, voluntary benefits, and vacation accrual. Sick time is provided per law.
