380 W. Frontier Parkway Prosper, TX 75078 is seeking a passionate Lead PreK Teacher (4-5+ yrs) to join our fantastic team to help prepare students for the next phase of their lives at the elementary level and become well-versed in Kindergarten preparedness!

Lead daily activities, inspire young minds and collaborate with a supportive team.

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using Wonder of Learning® curriculum.
• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain open, effective, and positive communication with families and guardians.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to uphold health and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s learning to inform activities and share insights with families.
• Support Assistant Teachers and Resource Teachers to foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Implement positive behavior guidance strategies to support social-emotional growth and conflict resolution.

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent
• 2 years of previous experience preferred
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
• Calmly address stressful situations while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operations.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible for a background check.

Compensation for PreK Lead Teacher will be determined on qualifications and experience and may range from $17.00 – $20.00 per hour.
