• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead store performance to ensure success and continuous improvement.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for the role.

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified.
