Job Summary:

As RYSE’s Paid Ad Buyer, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE’s marketing efforts through skillful planning and negotiation in securing optimal advertising space and time across various media channels.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily execution of online advertising campaigns across platforms such as You Tube, Google, Tik Tok, Instagram, Meta, Amazon seller central and other trafficked websites

Coordinate the implementation of advertising initiatives including scheduling, placement, and creative asset delivery

Negotiate favorable terms and rates with media vendors to secure optimal placement for advertisements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and prepare advertising units and marketing materials for launching in acquired spaces

Monitor and analyze performance of media buys by tracking metrics such as reach, frequency, impressions, conversions, etc.

Assist in prospecting and exploring new potential advertising networks

Develop relationships with media and paid advertising vendors/entities

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, emerging media platforms, and advertising technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into ad buying

Education and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in ad buying, paid advertising, digital ads, paid social or a related role

Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish rapport with media vendors

Proficiency in media planning tools and software

Able to work at a desk/on a computer for up to 8 hours a day

Certifications in digital media buying (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Able to work independently and effectively while also contributing to a team
